Don Vines is an Executive IT Architect with IBM Cloud Lab Services in the United States. He has been the technical lead of the Worldwide Cloud Migration Team since its inception in 2011. In this role, he delivers Java enterprise application transformations to IBM cloud platforms for customers on a worldwide basis while enabling customers, business partners, and other IBMers. Don is co-inventor of the Internet Inter-ORB Protocol that is used across the internet. He is also an IBM Senior Certified IT Specialist, Sun Certified Enterprise Architect, Sun Certified Java Programmer, and OMG Certified UML2 Professional.
