The capabilities of IBM Business Process Manager (IBM BPM) on Cloud are expanded with a new option named Premium Availability announced recently.
This Premium Availability option expands the ability of IBM BPM on Cloud to further improve Service Levels of Agreement for mission critical processes to protect against more severe problems that affect multiple server components, or even the loss of a whole data center that may result from a power outage or loss of connection.

The benefit is to provide a higher level of availability and shorter recovery to minimize the impact to customers and employees using the mission critical processes.
