Maureen McElaney

Maureen McElaney is a Developer Advocate at IBM Cloud Data Services. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a QA Engineer at and is passionate about building tools that increase developer productivity and joy. She is an experienced community builder. In 2013 she founded the Burlington, Vermont chapter of Girl Develop It and has co-organized such conferences as Burlington Ruby, UX Burlington, and Offline Camp. She can be found presenting at meetups and teaching workshops within her tech community, and is passionate about supporting diversity in tech.
