Code and Response University Virtual Codeathon

The Code and Response Codeathon aims to engage college students from all academic backgrounds and programs to develop tech solutions to address disaster response and recovery efforts around the world.

Codeathon Schedule

The event runs for a 24-hour period, starting at 4pm US Eastern Time on June 28th and continuing until 4pm US Eastern Time on June 29th.

Once the codeathon is complete, you will have until July 29th to complete and submit your project through the Call for Code judging platform.

The first 7 and a half hours of the codeathon will be streamed over the IBM Developer Twitch channel, from 4:30pm on June 28th until 12am midnight June 29th.

How do I participate?
You can register here, then join the IBM Developer Twitch channel at 4:30pm ET on June 28th to take part. We highly recommend you join the Call for Code community in advance, however, to make sure you can hit the ground running.

There is a dedicated Slack channel where you look for other virtual university team members, or join a team that is forming: #university
