BIO – Chad Andrews is Global Leader for Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment (TME) within the IBM’s Institute for Business Value (IBV), a “think thank” devoted to helping C-Suite executives gain business advantage. Chad leads the TM&E research and thought leadership agenda, conducts fact-based research, and supports client revenue and profit growth. Chad joined IBM in 2013, and advanced into global sales and consulting leadership roles in advertising, cloud video, and blockchain solutions within IBM’s Media and Entertainment practice. Prior to IBM, Chad co-founded, managed, and exited a global Post Production Services company, and then went on to lead global strategy for a Fortune 50 Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment vertical

BIO – J Gregory Land (GREG) – Mr. Land serves as Global Industry Leader with global responsibility for Aviation, Hospitality and Travel Related Services industry segment; which includes, airlines, airports, hospitality, car rental, cruise lines, gaming & casino, GDS, and OTA/TMC/Tour Operators. Responsibilities include driving IBM’s strategy and point-of-view for industry segment; accountable for total revenues and business development; work across all lines of business to support new contract signings for industry solutions, IBM’s growth initiatives, long term services agreements and successful delivery of solutions and services across this segment. Prior to joining IBM, he served in leadership roles with American Airlines, Sabre, Wyndham Hotel Group and Radius Global Travel Management spanning a 23-year career across the travel industry.
He has served as the Chairman for the U.S. Travel Association’s International Pow Wow, participated on the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Allied Council; and has been a member of Hospitality Financial & Technical Professionals (HFTP), Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI), Meeting Planners International (MPI), American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), The Sales Executive Council and The Travel Institute. He currently represents IBM on the Sustainability Working Committee for the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC). And also serves on the Thought Leadership Committee for Global Hotel Network, and is a member of the IBM Industry Academy. Mr. Land holds bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Accounting, and completed his masters of business administration at Oklahoma State University. He also completed the global leadership program at The Wharton School of Business. He currently resides in the New York City in the United States.

BIO – Jane Cheung, Global Research Leader for the Consumer Industry, IBM Institute for Business Value. Jane has over 20 years of working experience across retail and consumer product industries. Jane has worked at Macy’s, Disney, Nike, and as a trusted advisor for clients in a consulting capacity at IBM and Accenture. Jane earned an MBA from California State University, Long Beach.

BIO – Lauren Isbell – Lauren Isbell is a Washington DC – based business / technology expert that excels at finding creative ways for selecting and implementing the right technology and analytics platforms and turning them into solutions that can transform how business is done. With nearly 20 years working within hospitality and travel, she applies a strong understanding of the dependencies between business and IT in order to lead successful enterprise-wide technology initiatives. She has delivered solutions that fundamentally transform the customer experience as well as internal processes of major fortune 500 companies within travel and hospitality. BIO – Nikiforos Chatzopoulos – Nikiforos holds 27 years of experience leading large scale digital, technology and strategic business transformation initiatives and teams, Telematics & Fleet Management programs, and ORAT in major airport/airline and port organizations in Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Europe. He employs an array of skills and know-how with a proven track record of providing profound business strategy, operations and technology expertise. The ability to effectively bridge the gap between these three main pillars and the unique blend of out-of-the-box thinking, creativity and international exposure he holds, are fundamental to allow unhindered integration of the organization’s strategic drivers, business processes and digital transformation initiatives. Nikiforos holds a Masters in International Management with Merit and has extensively surveyed the differences between occidental and oriental cultures incorporating the various cultural barriers into thought leadership. He also holds a degree in Computer Science as a Software Engineer and has implemented one of the first queuing banking systems in Greece. BIO – Sashank Rao Yaragudipati is the Industry Leader for Retail in the IBM India Client Innovation Centre. He is accountable for building Industry solutions & offerings; leading strategy & solution workshops; engagement models for scale across Retail Clients.
