These examples will also be utilized to describe how Cloud Service Management and Operations(CSMO) practices helped the client to overcome the service management concern thereby delivering the desired enterprise success.

BIO – Kevin Green – Kevin has over 30 years developing, managing and implementing IBM Service Management offerings. That time includes architecting custom service management solutions to meet specific client needs. Kevin has led several Cloud Service Management and Operations(CSMO) client engagements including Garage for CSMO, RACI, Site Reliability Engineering and AI Ops. He has guided clients worldwide in the implementation of modern service management.
