The IBM Developer Drone Giveaway is back and we are giving away another 1500 DJI Tello Drones. Last year developers signed up for a chance to win a drone, not just because they are cool, but because IBM Developer provided code patterns and tutorials that helped developers get coding their drone quickly and easily. The code patterns and tutorials leveraged code to connect the drone to IBM Watson Visual Recognition and AI capabilities so that it could identify objects and send back information for further analysis. Which is just the start to visual recognition apps that you may want to write for helping people in time of need or other events where aerial visual recognition might be needed.
We look forward to seeing what you will do with IBM Cloud, Watson Services on IBM Cloud and your drone. On this page we have several links to code patterns and tutorials to get you started. Best of luck and happy coding.
