In Watson Campaign Automation > Development > Templates, developers can add default syntax for creating Inbox, In-app, Extention & Data or Simple templates for mobile apps.

This topic shows you how to create a template and add personalization to that template.

Developers can select from several different default templates by selecting the New Template drop-down menu. Once a template is selected, the template JSON displays in the box and the Developer can modify the syntax, add personalization, and save changes.
