Landing pages types are similar to Page types and is a special content type. They define the content that can be added to the landing page. Similar to content types and page types, the landing page types also contain elements. The element such as text, images, files, and video define the type of content that is added to the page. The landing page types are also mapped to layout templates, which define how the content added to the pages is rendered.

You can use the sample Landing page type provided with your Watson Content Hub Trial or Standard tenant to create your own Landing pages. The sample Landing page type is mapped to a one-column layout and have the content entry component and Share component as default content. JSON file for the sample Landing page type is Landing-page.json.
