Enhance your Customer Experience with IBM Watson Discovery

The typical customer care chatbot can answer simple questions, such as store locations and hours, directions, and maybe even making appointments. When a question falls outside of the scope of the pre-determined question set, the option is typically to tell the customer the question isn’t valid or offer to speak to a real person.


🎓What will you learn?

You will learn how to use the Watson Discovery Service and make use of the Smart Document Understanding (SDU) feature to annotate a sample document and enable Watson Discovery to answer natural language queries.

The session will include a hands-on demo on how to get started with Watson Discovery and SDU.
