Services Used: IBM Watson Assistant, IBM Watson Discovery, Cloud Functions

Description: Watson provides a lot of cognitive capabilities which can be leveraged in helping multiple industries and domains. One of the key areas where Watson can help answer queries quickly and save significant time and effort is responding to tech support queries and hence get better customer satisfaction. In this meet-up, we will demonstrate a similar solution using IBM Watson Assistant (chatbot) and IBM Watson Discovery for answering both short-tail & long-tail queries. We also demonstrate the use of Openwhisk/Cloud functions to show how they and Watson Assistant interact directly with an external API.
