One of the great things about IBM App Connect is its ability to, well, connect different applications. Out of the box that includes things like Google Sheets, Twilio, and Salesforce, but the product becomes really powerful when you integrate your own application. A recently published video (embedded below) shows how a citizen integrator can tie together a legacy system with IBM App Connect. The resulting integration ties together a homegrown webinar registration system with Salesforce. Whenever someone registers for a webinar, App Connect creates a new lead in Salesforce.
