October 2019 Update: The IBM Cloud Log Analysis service was discontinued on 30 September 2019, and Kibana logs can no longer be accessed from App Connect. App Connect now provides a built-in log viewer for monitoring user logs, and enables you to extend your logging capabilities by using the IBM Log Analysis with LogDNA service in IBM Cloud. In IBM® App Connect in IBM Cloud, you can view log information for your flows in Kibana. This means you’ll be able to see a longer history of log messages and can also use Kibana’s capabilities to search and filter the logs; for example, you might want to restrict log messages to a particular time range, or filter to only view success messages. You can also see the latest error messages for your flows on the Dashboard.

In addition to the overall logs for your App Connect instance, it is now also possible to see filtered views that relate to error messages or batch processing, by opening the log view from the corresponding window. The view for error messages will show messages from one run of your flow, while the batch processing view shows messages from one batch process.

IBM App Connect is just one of a number of IBM products that enable you to view logs in Kibana, which means that you can create custom dashboards to view logs from multiple applications, that write logs to the same Bluemix space.
