Use the “Dynamic Guides” for troubleshooting IBM Integration Bus and WebSphere Message Broker.
These guides have been created from the knowledge of experienced IBMers in a team led by IBM Support.
This is the fruition of work by a select team of IBM experts to create a knowledge base that could be accessed by customers to:
- Provide solutions to common problems that users can implement themselves
- Educate users about how IBM Integration Bus and WebSphere Message Broker works
The team includes experienced IBMers from Level 2 Customer Support, Level 3 Customer Support, Product Development, and User Technologies. For each area of interest, they create a mindmap of knowledge about problems and their solutions, and transform this into a dynamic guide to help you progress from problem to solution.
The dynamic guides are implemented to work across the variety of web browsers, and on mobile devices with more-limited screen sizes.
