Several customers have had issues downloading IBM IoT MessageSight fixes from Fix Central. I believe I’ve fixed the issue that caused this. This affected some customers who purchased MessageSight for either 1.2 Virtual Edition or the V2.0 only and had never purchased a physical appliance. If you’ve experienced this issue, please try downloading your fix again. If you continue to have issues, please do open a ticket with Fix Central help (Fix Central gives you an option to get help if it finds that you aren’t authorized to download a fix) and we will take a look.
