JSONata is an expression language designed to query and transform JSON data structures. IBM senior software engineer Andrew Coleman gives you a closer look at this language, which provides both a rich complement of operators and functions and the ability to define your own functions. You can also use JSONata to build JSON output structures containing the results of your queries.
