Ferruccio Manclossi started his journey in IBM in 1995 riding the Internet wave and mastering on System and Service Management topics for over 20 years. Currently, he's a Senior IT Architect and Technical Solution Manager in IBM Services with a long history of internal and public speaking. Before joining IBM, he was a teacher and a computer programmer. He's an active member of IBM Volunteers discovering and applying innovative ways to fill the gap between schools and IBM. In his spare time, he's a also a science communicator and a published science-fiction author. He loves movies, books, series and learn new things everyday.
