Matt Price is a Customer Success Manager and published author with IBM Cloud. Over the course of a decade with IBM he has held multiple positions spanning from ITIL process management to Cloud Infrastructure Project Management to integrating Machine Learning algorithms into custom Watson Assistance chatbots. He was selected for IBMs distinguished Corporate Service Corps program where he helped establish a nation wide legal advice platform for small and medium businesses across Turkey. While he's trying to learn more about quantum computing to prepare for the future, he spends his days trying to help clients build and integrate IBMs Watson technologies into their latest applications.
