Mechatronic engineer, passionate about computers and software development since 1989, worked for 15 years in a bank where he was responsible for new technologies, evaluating and approving software and equipment, and also for supporting the internal development team. He developed solutions in Mainframe, AIX (Unix) and WIndows, becoming in this time expert in EDM, distributed applications (MS MCP) and system of neural networks. He later worked for 8 years in a software company focused on insurance solutions as a developer leader, solution architect, project manager and last as operations manager in Asia, living and developing solutions for insurance companies in China and India, with heterogeneous team in Brazil and India (TATA). He has been at IBM since 2009 as a software architect, cloud computing technology leader focused on Bluemix since May 2014 and now as developer advocate leader for latin america since 2015. Today he is a cloud computing, Watson and IoT specialist, also he has been heavily involved In the developer communities as a speaker and mentor in hackathons, meetups and community events, in universities, incubators, accelerators and companies. He has done a work of evangelization in the ecosystem, internal and external, supporting customers and partners in engagement and development of solutions mainly using cognitive solutions and IoT. It is extremely active in social networks, disseminating technologies, with tips and tutorials.
