The Kitura team is delighted to introduce this guest post from Frank Langel, creator of SCADE and KituraStudio.
In our quest to bring the beauty of Swift to every developer, please meet the stable beta version of KituraStudio, an IDE platform for Swift development created by the makers of SCADE. KituraStudio is a powerful IDE that allows for a beautiful coding experience for Kitura server applications and native cross platform mobile Swift applications.
With KituraStudio, you create your Swift server project and thanks to the built-in Docker support, compile and run your Kitura app on Linux using your Mac. You use the same runtime environment for development, QA and production, thus greatly simplifying the development cycle.
