Connie Lamicela, technical officer for ESM Technology, explains that the BigFix User Groups perform a critical role for ESM – according to Connie, “they keep us informed of our customers’ needs.” For example, Connie learned that endpoint security, especially when it concerns the response time to fix a newly discovered vulnerability, is a paramount issue for most of ESM’s customers. Besides hearing from customers, Connie acknowledges that the user groups are great forums to understand where the technology is headed and to share some of the solutions that ESM has built.
