Kevin Allen is at the Think 2019 conference and recaps last year’s Call for Code challenge. He talks about the winning project, Project Owl, and its goal to use mesh networking to keep people connected during a disaster, such as the aftermath of a hurricane. He also talks about a new IBM initiative called Code And Response™ to roll out Project Owl and other community projects into the real world.
Kevin also discusses how developers like you can join the challenge and add to the ecosystem of projects in a community oriented, open source way.
