How does it work?

First things first you need to add the service on Bluemix and follow the instructions in order to setup your Node-Red instance. Once you have the Node-Red based Voice Channel designer running, the nodes allow you to build a Voice Channel . This enables you to define the way how users interact with your business. Node-Red thereby provides you with dozens of possibilities to access APIs, define rules – but also: access IBM Watson services.

One of the great advantages of Node-Red is that you don’t need to be experienced in coding – almost everything works visually. This means you can wire together, voice control and thereby automate your business processes.
