Social Program Management is a COTS product, so it comes with extensive out-of-the-box (OOTB) features. OOTB, you get prebuilt business processes, data models, rules, and an open API platform. Each one of these is specially built for health and human services agencies and grounded in our years of domain experience. Using our OOTB features, agencies can minimise the total cost of ownership, and deliver projects quickly. However, as every agency is different, our OOTB features are customizable so that the unique regulations, policy and working practices of every agency are catered for.
