Hemo Technical Training

This 2 day course has been developed to provide our customers with the skills and knowledge to effectively gain a basic understanding of the system, data flow, and system administrator operation as well as service procedures. The participant will have hands-on experience servicing the system. Labs include emergency recovery and replacement of major system components. Third party component repair (Example Dell or Compaq) is not included in this training program.

Basic Overview of Clinical Functions and Use

  • User Defined reports


Participants should be experienced bio-medical, IS staff and those conducting first call support in conjunction with a shared service contract.
