2019 CUSTOMER SUPPORT PORTAL CHANGES NOW IN EFFECT

IBM Watson Health Support has implemented a new Watson Health Support Portal for some solutions offered by IBM Watson Health. This is part of our ongoing efforts to improve and consolidate our systems, while keeping them in-step with the requirements of the Health industry. As additional changes are made to the Support systems this year we will communicate them on this status page. As a reminder, these tooling changes do not alter IBM Support terms or conditions.

For all other IBM Watson Health offerings, please continue to use their heritage portals and support routes as indicated below.
